About Us

Robert B. Sullivan is an experienced attorney,  mediator and arbitrator admitted to practice in Kansas and Missouri state and federal courts.  He is an approved mediator and arbitrator by  the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA"), and is a neutral on the panels of Alaris ADR and Associates in Dispute Resolution, LLC.

Mr. Sullivan is available to mediate or arbitrate civil disputes as an independent neutral for liability and damage claims ranging from $25,000 to millions.  Mr. Sullivan is also an experienced independent investigator for allegations against corporate directors,  C level executives and supervisory employees involving claims of sexual harassment, hostile work environment and malfeasance in failure to adhere to corporate guidelines and governance. 

Mr. Sullivan is regularly involved in mediating Title VII charges of wrongful discharge, sexual misconduct, hostile work environment, Americans with Disability Act claims and failure to make reasonable accommodations, age discrimination, retaliation, gender and pay discrimination, and racial and religion discrimination .  In addition, Mr. Sullivan's areas of emphasis also include:

     Estate and Probate Disputes, including the use of undue influence, elder abuse (including financial and physical abuse), and testamentary incapacity 

    Residential and commercial real estate disputes, including leasehold matters

    Insurance policy coverage disputes, including wrongful acts of producers and brokers

    Financial and unsuitable product sales and breach of fiduciary duty allegations

    Misrepresentations in stock and assets acquisitions and sales

    Reinsurance and reinsurance intermediary contract disputes
